Sažetak
To emirically test Kaldor’s income distribution model regarding aggregate-level factor shares in modern economies that are attempting to link tourism development and income, specifically in a number of Mediterranean and European countries. The research is designed by using panel data estimation and the Hausman-Taylor estimator. It is found that the data overwhelmingly reject the theory in the Mediterranean and the countries of the North but accept the theory in the total set of countries.
