Sažetak
Each company aims to improve its business performance. Business Intelligence (BI) helps firms to optimize their management capabilities. Usage of Bi system leads to conditions, procedures and mechanisms for creating quality data, information and business knowledge. By these the companies can efficiently respond to numerous pressures in complex environment. The main objective of the paper is to present the short overview of business intelligence technologies, and show the results of the research about the use of business intelligence technologies as management support system in Croatian companies.
