Does the couse lie in the war that has been fought in some parts of Croatia over the past five years or does it lie in the inadekuate teaching strategies in the regular secondary schools? This is the main question that author analyzes in his paper. In addition, he analyzes the specific aspects of tutorial assistance that adolescents expect from correspondence school.
