Sažetak
The chapter discusses development of civil society in Croatia since 1980s to recent time. In the first part of the chapter is particularly stressed the issue of the of civil society in transition to democracy.The chapter is also devotd to the review of the institutional environment which is necessary for civil society development and social dialogue. In the final part of the cpater are analyzedd the main resources of civil society, with particular emphasis on the role of external funding.
