Sažetak
The perspectives of development of the personnel in Zagreb sport may be comprised in several points. The Faculty of Kinesiology University of Zagreb should take more active participation in all segments of Zagreb and Croatian sport. General public shoul be acquainted with the sport- inherent values and opportunities that benefit development of the entire society.
