Sažetak
It’s has been exactly fifty years since the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL) was established by the United Nations General Assembly resolution 2205 (XXI) of 17 December 1966 and the 50th anniversary is probably the most appropriate occasion, to tribute UNCITRAL through the brief overview of its achievements and a note on the direction in which its future work could lead.
