Sažetak
The dynamic of fashion trend changing and greater market interest for the garment which will present fashion identity of an individual, puts in front of designers a need to express their creative potentials in accordance with customer requirements. The paper presents the development of female trousers collection for various body types, based on the use of modern computer technologies and Mass Customization concept. 3D scanning of female test sample was done and according to obtained measuring results and body shape analysis, body types contained in the sample were defined. The female trousers collection was computer designed and using 2D/3D CAD system total development and testing of computer prototypes were made. The form and elements variations of one trousers model were investigated regarding possibilities of different model styles and variations inside the style, as assumption for Mass Customization concept and in order to satisfy different needs of consumers and models use efficiency. Finally, the trousers collection appropriate for different body types were defined as a starting point for the implementation on computer platform which supports Mass Customization concept.
