Sažetak
The autor studies to the conception, startegy and aim of the long-termed tourism destination development and concludes that this expectations are based on historical data. These are so called "adaptive ecpectations" which are not applicative in the development approach, but they are covered with mathematics-econometric models present in numerous studies about the development of the city and the Country towards the national level (as tourism destination).
