Sažetak
The author has done the analysis of the economic, in particular tourism development issues that may create opportunities and pose threats to biodiversity in the region. The objective of the paper was to give proposals, according to the present social and economic situation, for the implementation of certain sustainable forms of tourism so as to minimise threats to biodiversity in the area under analysis
