Sažetak
The majority of employees ownership has long tradition and experience in market economies. From Mondragon and co-operatives to eSOP model and employees take over, this phenomena comes out from the developmnet of ownership pluralism, it often has public support (taxes, loan benefits...) and, in the longer terms, faces the market competition of the other, dominant ownership structures, has success or failure as any other form of ownership in the enterprises. Within the process of privatisation in trasition countries, the ownership and its majority ahs become one of the actual forms among the changing ownership structure. In a difference to a former system, with practice of participation and self- management, based on the state or "social" capital after the breakdown of the socialistic (communistic) ideology, the employees ownership has become one of the most important privatisation channels.
