Sažetak
Progesterone is indispensable for normal pregnancy due to its immunoregulatory properties. It specifically decreases perforin expression in decidual lymphocytes after 18 hour culture in vitro. Due to decreased perforin expression, the cytolytic activity of decidual lymphocytes towards NK sensitive targets(K-562)was low.
