Sažetak
The suspension of decidual cells was obtained by collagenase digestion and gradient density centrifugation. DEcidual cells were cultured in vitro in the10% RPMI tissue culture medium. Decidual lymphocytes were obtained as non-adherent cell fraction and CD56 molecule was labeled with anti-CD56 monoclonal antibody conjugated with microbeads. Lymphocytes were placed in the magnetic field and allowed to run through the column. The CD56 positive cell fraction was flushed out the column and the purity was assessed (>95%). From CD56 negative fraction CD3 positive lymphocytes were isolated using the same principle. Finaly, from CD3 negative fraction, CD83+ dendritic cells were isolated by the same method.
