The scope of this document is to detail the INSPIRE technical requirements for Spatial Data Services and services allowing spatial data services to be invoked from the Implementing Rules, such that these services can be described and implemented consistently across Europe. Document serves as a guidance for implementing policy on INSPIRE Spatial data Services http://eur-lex.europa.eu/legal-content/EN/TXT/?uri=uriserv%3AOJ.L_.2014.354.01.0008.01.ENG. It has been developed collaboratively through the INSPIRE maintenance and implementation framework, involving experts of the European Commission services, the European Environment Agency, EU Member States, the Accession and EFTA Countries.
