Sažetak
Paper presents shipbuilding process management model on the base of simulation process of self-elevating drilling rig building. Bases for model creating are shipyard technological resources and hull structure technological analysis of self-elevating drilling rig. Possibilities of material fabrication and process flows are simulated from the steel store to hull launching. Material fabrication flow simulation enables shipyard loading optimisation and usage of modern management methods for fabrication processes with characteristics: control of main technological resources efficiency, control of production cycle duration and control of production costs.
