Sažetak
Norms ISO 9000 are already widely accepted in Croatian factories. Significant number of smaller companies decided lately to implement Quality Management System in accordance to requirements of these norms. Increase of companies from service industry implementing these requirements has been recorded, too. In December of Year 2000. new edition ISO 9001:2000 has been issued which replaced norms ISO 9001:1994 and ISO 9002:1994. Organizations that have been certified in accordance to old norms will have to adjust their Quality Management Systems to requirements of ISO 9001:2000. Predicted transition period for these activities lasts until end of 2003. Some organizations already accepted and implemented requirements of new norm. Investigation of these Quality Management Systems that have been adjusted to new norm, will provide information about difficulties during implementation. Documented non-conformities that occured during internal or external audits will be systematically presented in this paper, in accordance to clauses or subclauses of new norm. Different modes for application of key novelties in norm ISO 9001:2000 will also be presented, regarding different branches of industry and service.
