Sažetak
Globalization puts new demands on world of work and work force. In order to prepare young people for new working conditions we need to educate and counsel them so they can make effective vocational choices. In this paper author discuss attributes of career education and career counseling. She brings some notes on development of vocational concept and continues with list of vocational inventories that can help career educators and counselors to better support individuals while making their career choices.
