Sažetak
The term Rapid Prototyping means creating a physical prototype or the basic model from which would later emerge newer models and consequently the final product. Rapid prototyping models are widely used in many different industrial applications, particularly in the area of product development. Existing rapid prototyping processes provide the capability to produce a tangible solid part rapidly, directly from three dimensional CAD (Computer Aided Design) data, from a range of materials. In this paper will be shown a rapid prototyping of innovative mechanical measurement level device using the Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM) process. This device was designed by a local innovator who ordered this prototyping and protected the innovation officially by State Intellectual Property Office.
