Sažetak
One of the aims at University North is to improve the work of student service as an organizational unit that contributes to its work and is very important for the total satisfaction of the most important subjects - students, teachers, and other interested parties. The research examined how satisfied/dissatisfied students are with the services daily provided by the student service office. The data was collected and analyzed with the purpose of formulating proposals for improving the activities of the student service. The research results will serve as indicators of how to increase the student satisfaction with regard to the work of student service and how to improve work efficiency of student service.
