Sažetak
In recent decades, business process management (BPM) and organizational culture are two research topics for which researchers have been showing increasing interest. However, there are not many authors dealing with the intersection of these two research areas, respectively the role of organizational culture in BPM. Our study has been conducted under the PROSPER project to contribute to the mentioned literature gap. For this study we have conducted an interview in an insurance company. We have assessed its current organizational culture using OCAI and examined its state of BPM and the level of its BPM maturity.
