Sažetak
The main aim of this course is to enable students to use all language skills (listening, reading, writing and speaking) in academic and technical English. Students will strive to develop ability to read and comprehend technical texts in the field of Mechanical Engineering. They will be exposed to a variety of texts dealing with general notions in engineering, but also property classifications of materials, forces on materials, computer- assisted manufacturing and computer integrated manufacturing, sustainability and similar. Students will be expected to cope with input texts, i.e. listening and reading in the discipline and produce output texts in speech and writing.
