Sažetak
The importance of the use of information and analysis, as well as the method of (statistical) analysis is exceptional in some cases, although it could be and should be used in daily operations. The decision making process has unquestionable and axiomatic role. It contains some important and specific steps. Many entrepreneurs and firm owners are faced with many different problems, many of which can be partially or entirely solved by using well known methods (analytical, statistical, etc.). This article discusses the specific case of firm FIS. The collected data were presented and afterwards were analyzed business decisions made for the time period 2008-2015. Based on the market, accounting and production data analyzes the FIS board of directors in year 2008 made a decision on the manufacturing of children's clothing. Production was constantly reorganized in order to be competitive at apparel market. Based on sales numbers, company should be able to achieve positive business results.
