Sažetak
The iron and nickel content and the types of their inorganic compounds in metallurgical coke prepared with coal tar pitch as additive were investigated. Obtained synthetic coke samples were temperature treated up to 2400 C. The heating rate was 10 C/min, and heating time 2 and 4 hours. The results obtained showed that during temperature treatment the content of investigated metals is decreased.
