Sažetak
In this work a simplified finite element model of biochemical influence of ILT on AAA expansion is presented and used to broaden understanding and draw some conclusions about ILT biochemical influence on G&R of AAA. The model takes into account diffusion of elastase and collagenase from ILT towards the wall (i.e., biochemical influence), whereas the mechanical influence of ILT is neglected.
