Sažetak
Tender making is one of the worst products of civil engineers. Usually burdened by deadlines, lack of information and costs of tender making they are trying to simplify the procedure. Their behaviour is understandable because, for making a quality tender it is necessary to have a big data base to calculate a few options and then to choose one of them, optimize whenever possible, etc . The whole process is impossible to be done in a short time without computers and programs specialized for these purposes. Instead of listing all the weaknesses this article points out the advantages of tender making if we do it on computers. The new issues discussed in this article will be: - individuality of construction site with its surrounding - different point of view between project designer’s and contractor’s assessment of construction costs - resource time analysis - construction site scheme made by computer. Some of the things stated above can be accomplished by the AgrA Program and the rest is in programming phase.
