Sažetak
The transport service quality is a feature of traffic infrastructure and conditions of transport of goods or people, who ultimately decide on whether the quality meets specific or expected demands and needs. This paper presents an analysis of transport service quality in rail and bus regional public passenger transport and provides a comparative analysis of the parameters of transport service quality in railway and bus regional traffic in the Republic of Croatia. For purposes of this research the authors have chosen to research the following counties: Zagreb County, Krapina – Zagorje County and the City of Zagreb. The idea of quality is to increase customer satisfaction in order to keep their loyalty and make them use the services regularly.
