These themes are related throught users' perception and knowledge about application of new technologies in transmission of knowledge and information in library and in teaching process. Results of surveys are showing that the knowledge about these themes is insufficient, so users of library e-services and e-larning in many cases do not change their common behaviour and usual ways to search or disseminate information and konowledge. The further development can be seen in partnership between the librarian, teachers and students in order to promote new tehnologies as well as to start the additional teaching process with goal to use all of the benefits from the new technologies. Content Central topics are user behaviour, perceptions and knowledge about library e-services as well as teachers' needs and behaviours in context of the e-learning process. These topics were researched with survey method and the results will be briefly presented through the poster. Both of user categories do not know much about benefits of modern information tehnology in process of dissemination and presentation of information; which means that the partnership between library, teachers and students is to be further developed. Abstract The virtual environment is useful in the academic field where different methods of e-learning and e-services are developing. Library at the Department of Social work is having an important and active role, but e-learning is also present in the classroom, more as individual practice of lecturers than as a systematic policy. Through this transformation lots of questions can be asked about user's perceptions and behaviours in the virtual library space. To answer these and other questions, the survey was conducted on a convenient sample of library users in the Library of the Department. After analysing the results it can be concluded that students mostly prefer the physical space of the library versus virtual, and that they have limited knowledge and interest for library e- services. The librarian should work more on the representation of education on information skills. Poster will also display the use of e-learning methods in teaching at the Department through the teachers perspective, possibilities of e-learning methods in the field of education of social workers as well as the further development of Department library as a key partner in this process.
