Sažetak
Conducting international, global and cross- cultural business is a reality. The examined practice of CI development training programes in airline industry worldwide and the research carried out in the selected airline companies show that slightly less than half of them train their employees for cultural intelligence development. The research results could contribute to the training policies of HRM departments, not only in the airline companies, but also in other international services providers, above all in tourism by achieving responsible HRM.
