Sažetak
The purpose of this paper is to bestow understanding of the terminology, content and impact of the services provided by the entrepreneurial infrastructure in selected countries ; comparison of the impact of those on the local economy ; proposition of a model of standardization. The research has been carried out via online survey and the results confirmed the need for standardization of the entrepreneurial infrastructure in order to improve the quality of services and to facilitate the measurement of the impact.
