Sažetak
By using the rescaled range (R/S) method we have analysed changes in the structure of heart rate variability pattern during ergometric measurement. The time series of heart beat intervals are analysed in the case of stable angina pectoris (SAP) and compared with the group of healthy subjects. Patient with SAP have lower values of the Hurst exponent during increased physical activities, in comparison with the healthy subjects where it is observed to be increasing.
