Sažetak
Novel 1, 2, 3-triazolyl uracil-serine conjugate was synthesized by copper(I)-catalysed azide– alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAC) and coupled with fluorophores (pyrene/phenanthridine), polar hydrophilic positively charged amino acids (Lys/Arg) and/or the guanidiniocarbonyl pyrrole cation. Obtained peptide based library of compounds was tested for the spectrophotometric recognition of various ds- and ss- DNA/RNA.
