Sažetak
Objective: Objective of the paper is to investigate the education system efficiency through the usage of ICT and is based on empirical research. The paper brings into context an individual’s career and the role of higher education systems in career development. The practical goal of the paper is to propose guidelines for optimal alignment of timely career planning and development with the requirements of the labour market. All this should contribute to positive changes in further development of the entire society. Methods: Paper is based on empirical research (questionare) with using of several scientific methods. Results: Results of the research shows improvement of knowledge and skills in the field of management. Conclusions: The ultimate goal is to help create a more efficient and more competitive economy. One of the main objectives now is to create a model of knowledge management (theoretical and/or applicative) through the process of lifelong learning with the aim of improving knowledge, skills and competences aimed at the development strategy through scientific and technological cooperation.
