Sažetak
The harmonic quadrangle is a cyclic quadrangle $ABCD$ with the following property: the point of intersection of the tangents at the vertices $A$ and $C$ lies on the line $BD$, and the intersection point of the tangents at the vertices $B$ and $D$ lies on the line $AC$. If one of the requests is fulfilled, the other one automatically follows. In this paper we give some characterizations of harmonic quadrangles among the cyclic ones. We also study a new harmonic quadrangle associated to the given harmonic quadrangle $ABCD$.
