Sažetak
Every intelligence community (IC) is a living system organized according to the nature and type of challenges that the IC is faced with, or it may face. The organization, structure, objectives and tasks of an intelligence community, depends on a number of historical, political, and cultural values and social relations in which it has been created and operates. It also depends on the situation and the complexity of international relations and conflicting (internal and external) interests which the services must mediate for its clients and patrons, for the policymakers. We described the process of constructiona and deconstruction of Croatian Intelligence community in a period 1990-2014.
