Sažetak
In this deliverable the ongoing work carried out within the Work Package 2 is described. Particularly, this deliverable is concerned with the Task 2.3, where the main objectives are the development of a control methodology that enables coordination of flow-coupled systems of systems based on: (i) parameterised cost of local operation declared by each of the constituent systems and (ii) system-wide actuation that is able to reconfigure the interconnection between the constituent systems. A cooperative control methodology for systems of systems based on parametric optimization is described herein. A very efficient algorithm for solving the cooperative control problem is proposed for a special case when only one coupling constraint is present. More general iterative approach is also described. Moreover, a mixed-integer optimization approach is proposed for the dynamic reconfiguration of systems of systems, where discrete decision variables model the switching actions in the network which are used to reconfigure the interconnections between the subsystems. Throughout the document, small illustrative examples from the power system domain, stemming from the HEP case study, are used to verify the proposed methodologies.
