Sažetak
The technology of two-stage fluidized-bed combustion has proven to allow burning of low-energy fuels with high ash and moisture content in a way that is economically and ecologically more acceptable than the conventional layer burning. This paper describes a computation algorithm and the design of a fluid-bed combustion chamber which is additionally introduced into the existing small hot water or steam generator units with flat mechanical stokers in order to facilitate combustion.
