Sažetak
By a systematic search through existing experimental results we try to establish a complete spectroscopy of 13C. We identify parity split rotational bands with large moment of inertia based on the 9Be(3/2-, g.s.)+alpha structure and states corresponding to the oblate 9Be(1/2+, 1.68 MeV)+alpha configuration.
