Sažetak
The theoretical and practical aspects of the multiple quench processing of steel presented here are the theoretical aspects of the multiple quench processing of steel, microstructure modifications during the thermal cyclic processing, the types of repeated heating and cooling, and phase transformations that occur during the thermal cyclic processing. In addition, micromechanisms and the possibilities of strengthening of steel by multiple quench processing are also discussed here. It was found that the multiple quench processing of steel is the prospective method in the strengthening of steel.
