Sažetak
Revision of the ISO 9001:2015 standard introduces significant changes in managing the quality system. One of the key changes is implementation of risk-based thinking. Risk, as an effect of uncertainty on objectives, becomes a major factor in business planning and organization, and thus quality management. In view of the diversity of requirements, there are large numbers of methods for risk assessment. With the aim of managing the risk, this paper consists of analysed methods used for risk assessment, considering the guidelines of ISO standard 31010:2009. The risk-assessment process includes risk identification, analysis and evaluation. The paper deals with methods suitable for each step of risk assessment.
