Sažetak
In this work the issues of reduction of material loss had been shown in the continuous casting billet. Numerical methods are used for determine the temperature and the mass of scale along the technological axis billet continuous casting machine (CCM) in easy, medium and hard regime of cooling in the secondary cooling zone (SCZ). The comparison of material loss has been done in production continuous casting billets at different cooling regimes in the SCZ.
