Sažetak
The scientific paper analyzes the approach towards risk through lean startup methology. The research highlights the use of customers in molding the product through several iterations and constant communication. That communication eases the development by implying the wanted feature sets by customers and increases the chances of success of the new venture. The empirical part is a qualitative case study which uses the lean startup methodology approach for kickstarting a product development process and looks into further integration of customers into the processes. The case study uses lean principles (through 'Lean Startup Methodology' application) and lean methodology for minimization and control of risk, which in turn is the main topic of this paper. The goal of the paper is to propose a risk assesment model which will allow entrepreneurs to analyze their business model and minimize risk related to a new venture.
