Sažetak
For the last couple of decades academic libraries have witnessed a transformative changes in student learning, faculty teaching methods, and information technology. As a result, academic libraries worldwide are pushed to rethink the ways in which they design and provide their services, both in physical and virtual space. The chapter will present the results of undergraduate library user survey conducted at the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences in Croatia in 2013. The study aimed to examine the undergraduate students' library use (in the context of their information behaviour) and perceptions of value of physical library spaces ad resources. Also, the study identified factors that might affect the students' (physical) library (non)use.
