Sažetak
In this abstract we present a new, multipurpose facility for neurological research on small laboratory animals, currently being established at the School of Medicine University of Zagreb within the scope of EU FP7 RegPot project Glowbrain (grant agreement 316120). The facility will help boost and streamline neurological research by combining a dedicated cell-culture / biomaterials lab with an adjacent multi-modal imaging facility, linked to an animal facility equipped with an operating room for performing all necessary surgery on small rodents, such as MCAO, stem cell isolation etc
