Sažetak
The paper suggests that medium group is a suitable setting for changing the attitude toward mentally ill for patients as well as mental health professionals. Experimental group consisted of students of School of Medicine and the schizophrenic patient. In medium group setting free floating discussion focus on stigma have been encouraged in order to study psychodynamic mechanism which influence the mechanism of maintaining the stigma of mental illnese. Our work support the idea that the prejudices toward mentally ill are universal phenomenon, so the patients and mental health professionals also share this attitudes. We discuss psychodynamic theory as a hleping tool in understanding of nature of stigma
