Sažetak
In accordance with predonimant ocupation on neurobiolgy of schizoprenia most of the research on diference between man and women was studied on the basis on sex difference as biological categroy than on basis on gender as psychosocial category. There is a gender- identity difficulties observed in schizophrenia, .Problems associated with gender can be a major sorce of instability and vulnerability for developing the first and later psychotic episode. There is the need for future research to see sex difference trouught gender perspectives . Findings from gender study. may have utility for the development of difeferential treatment interventions to men and women and improve the outcome of illness in general. . Study complex role of gender in illness processes is an important research direction that would enhance our understanding of the heterogeneity in the manifestation and subjective experience of schizophrenia
