Sažetak
The activity pattern provide many insights into the overall relationship between species and environment. Our purpose were: (1) to register the activity pattern of European Mouflon (Ovis musimon) and Axis deer (Axis axis) ; and (2) to discovered if there is interaction between these species and, in case there is, if this interaction is negative, or no-negative. Due to importance of these two species for hunting, understanding the activity pattern is an important issue to improve the hunting management. The differences in activity pattern are probably due to species-specific characteristic. The overlap between the two species could be create a behavioral interference, which has usual in large herbivore communities. This condition may not be necessarily in presence of mouflon and axis deer because different species-specific daily activity patterns appear to be involved in limiting behavioral interference.
