Sažetak
The key to a sustainable and balanced development of each country’s regional policy must be implemented in the strategic documents. Regional policies of the European Union have had to address these various issues in attempting to both establish a mechanism for common recording and measuring of regional change and targeting policy interventions. Disparities in development may exist between different regions and within different geographical areas within a country.
