Sažetak
To understand the use of laser surgery, it is necessary to know the fundamental principles of laser light. Practitioners should be satisfied that novel clinical approaches have a sound scientific basis, and are not adopted solely just on the basis of anecdotal reports or incomplete researches. Despite the enthusiastic acceptance oft his technology by professionals and the public, further researches, including controlled clinical studies, to investigate the higher effecacy, as well as the other side effects of laser therapy, is still needed.
