Sažetak
The author analyses the different legal statuses of religious communities in the Republic of Croatia. He finds that there exist five different types of religious communities which do not enjoy same rights. The author discusses problems that existed in the Croatian legal order regarding religious communities prior the enacment and entering into force the Law on Legal Status of Religious Communities in 2002, and after.
