Sažetak
This study focuses on modifications in bridge aerodynamic and aeroelastic behavior due to stationary (non-moving) vehicles on the bridge deck. Dimensionless aerodynamic force coefficients, as well as aeroelastic flutter derivatives, are analyzed for the Kao-Pin Hsi Bridge in Taiwan.
