U radu je objašnjen pojam ZERP-a u RH (zaštićenog ekološkog ribolovnog pojasa) kao morskog pojasa, te su opisani problemi uz razgraničenja na moru između RH i Slovenije, Crne Gore i BiH u kontekstu buduće Schengenske granice na moru.
